TIMSS 2023数学测评:"特点""框架内容"与"启示"

TIMSS是IEA组织的测评参与国与地区学生数学与科学学业成就趋势的一项重要国际比较项目.分析TIMSS 2023数学测评,发现其"变"与"不变":在测评方式上,采取全数字化测评;在测评设计上,引入群体适应性测试设计;在测评基调上,更加重视问题解决的情境及过程;在测评维度上,仍综合考查内容和认知两个维度,稳中微调.这对中国中小学数学学业质量监测乃至教学实践都具有一定的启示:在借鉴国际共识,凸显时代诉求的理念下,丰富测评方式和测评内涵,迈向多模态信息化方向;关注问题情境和解决过程,落实学生发展核心素养;立足课程模型和知识技能,关注学生高阶思维发展.
TIMSS 2023 Mathematics Assessment:Characteristics,Framework and Revelations
TIMSS is an important international comparison program organized by IEA to assess the academic achievement trends of students in mathematics and science in participating countries and regions.By analyzing the TIMSS 2023 mathematics assessment framework,it is found that it has the"changed"and"unchanged":in terms of assessment methods and design,it adopts a fully digital assessment and it introduces a group adaptive assessment design for the first time;in terms of assessment tone,it pays more attention to the context and process of problem solving;in terms of assessment dimension,it still comprehensively examines the two dimensions of content and cognition,and makes fine adjustments in stability.This study has certain enlightenment and reference:for the monitoring of mathematics academic quality and even teaching practice in primary and secondary schools in China,under the concept of"learning from international consensus and highlighting the demands of the times",the following things should be well done:enrich the assessment methods and connotations of the assessment,and move towards the directions of multi-modal informatization;pay attention to the problem contexts and the solution processes,and implement students'core competences;based on the curriculum model and knowledge and skills,pay attention to the development of students'higher-level thinking.
