本文以红掌叶片、叶柄为外植体,从无菌系建立,进行增殖、复壮、生根培养,驯化炼苗等环节进行试验研究,探寻出一整套红掌组织培养快繁技术。能在较短的时间内,建立大量无菌系苗。
In Vitro Culture of Anthurium andraeanum
Leaves and petioles were used as explants for culture experiment with respect to the estab- lishment of sterile, proliferation, regeneration, rooting and domestication. A serial techniques for fastpropagation were developed.
