Collective Forest Management Scenario in the Sichuan Section of the Giant Panda National Park
As one of the first national parks established in China,the Giant Panda National Park con-tains a large number of collective forest resources.Collective forests are the main areas where farmers manage forestland.After the collective forest was classified as part of the Giant Panda National Park,the management and utilization of collective forests face challenges in balancing ecological protection and economic development.According to the situation of collective forests in the Sichuan area of the Giant Panda National Park,this article analyzes the complexity of collective forest management from multiple aspects such as natural resource utilization,macro institutional environment,property rights,and management policies.The goal is to fully leverage the multiple benefits of collective for-ests and overcome the difficulties in collective forest management.This article explores the scenario of collective forest management in the Giant Panda National Park,with a view to promote the construc-tion of the Giant Panda National Park.
