The Current Situation and Prevention and Control Measures of Invasive Alien Species in the Forest,Grassland and Wetland Ecosystems in Luliang County
Through field investigation and analysis,nine species of alien invasive plants that currently infest the forest,grassland,and wetland ecosystems in Luliang have been identified.The occurrence,distribution,and current status of harm and management of eight terrestrial plants,including Eupa-torium adenophorum,Alternanthera philoxeroides,and Phytolacca americana,as well as one insect species,Solenopsis invicta.Furthermore,recommendations are made for strengthening the manage-ment efforts such as promoting awareness,conducting monitoring and early warning,and implemen-ting comprehensive and classified control measures.
