Construction Situation and Countermeasures of National Reserve Forests in Sichuan Province
In 2014,Sichuan Province initiated the construction of national reserve forests.After sever-al years of development,significant achievements have been made in terms of promotion methods,policy systems,technical regulations,and construction conditions.However,due to its still being in early stage,there are still some problems and constraints in terms of collaboration mechanisms,tech-nical strength,ideological understanding,capital fund raising,forest land circulation,and manage-ment systems.Through field research and data collection,this article deeply analyzed the problems existing in the construction of national reserve forests in Sichuan Province at this stage,and proposes comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of national reserve for-ests from the aspects of strengthening organizational leadership,enhancing technical training,strengthening publicity and guidance,broadening investment and financing channels,exploring multi-mechanism forest land circulation models,improving management systems,deepening construction management,and enhancing demonstration and guidance.
