摘要
以2020年为评价基准年,采用陕西省第三次全国国土调查数据和经济社会发展数据,运用市场价值法、运输成本法、成果参照法、影子工程法和单位面积价值当量法对陕西湿地生态系统服务价值进行评估.结果表明,陕西湿地生态系统服务价值为3 061.69亿元,其中直接使用价值366.62亿元,间接使用价值2 300.05亿元,非使用价值395.02亿元.调节气候、维持生物多样性/提供栖息地、水质净化三项服务功能价值共计2 582.77亿元,占总价值的84.36％,充分体现了湿地重要的生态功能价值,即调节气候、维持动植物繁衍生息、为人类提供洁净的水源.
Abstract
Using the year 2020 as the benchmark for evaluation,the value of wetland ecosystem serv-ices in Shaanxi Province was assessed by adopting data from the Third National Land Survey of Shaanxi Province and socio-economic development data,and applying methods such as market value approach,transportation cost method,achievement reference method,shadow engineering method,and equivalent value per unit area method.The results indicate that the total value of wetland ecosys-tem services in Shaanxi amounts to RMB 306.169 billion,with direct use value at RMB 36.662 billion,indirect use value at RMB 230.005 billion,and non-use value at RMB 39.502 billion.The combined value of the three service functions-climate regulation,biodiversity maintenance/habitat provision,and water purification-totals RMB 258.277 billion,accounting for 84.36％of the total value.This fully demonstrates the significant ecological function value of wetlands,namely,regulating the cli-mate,sustaining the reproduction of flora and fauna,and providing clean water sources for humanity.
