Reflections on the Forestry Development Planning of Baoji City
In response to the"14th Five-Year Plan"for forestry and environmental construction,the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Government have proposed the strategy of"Building an Ecologi-cal City and Constructing Beautiful Baoji".As such,the new mission for forestry workers in Baoji is to achieve the transition from"light green"to"deep green"and realize the goal of"Beautiful Baoji".From the perspective of the construction of an ecological space governance system,this article compre-hensively analyzes the issues,development goals,and key tasks facing Baoji's forestry sector.It also interprets the planning ideas of actively constructing a new protection and development pattern featu-ring"One Barrier,Two Areas,Three Belts,and Multiple Points"striving to create a pioneering dem-onstration zone for ecological space governance in the province and an ecological civilization demon-stration belt at the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains.The aim is to promote the improvement of Baoji's ecological space governance system and governance capabilities.
