The research on influencing factors of collective profitable construction land into the market based on meta analysis
With meta analysis, the paper aims to explore the differences in research findings on the influencing factors of the col-lective construction land entering the market, and to provide reference for the formulation of market entry policies. The results show that:gender, age, education level, occupation, transfer price, transfer policy satisfaction, transfer policy understanding, and transfer security have significant positive effects, while agricultural dependence and risk perception have significant negative effects. There is significant heterogeneity in individual characteristics, risk perceptions and transfer security, and the sources of heterogeneity may be found in differences in year of publication, sampling method and region, with age and education level also being influenced by the analytical model. The influence of gender and education level on the collective construction land entering the market is gradually increasing, while the remaining variables all have varying degrees of attenuation. Therefore,it is neces-sary to improve farmers'participation and policy awareness, strengthen the construction of farmers'security system, and explore different ways of entering the market according to local conditions in order to promote the entry of construction land of the collec-tive management into market.
