The configuration path and regional differences in rural industry revitalization
The high-quality development of rural industries is a crucial foundation for rural revitalization and an effective means to promote common prosperity.Existing research lacks in-depth exploration of the complex mechanisms of high-quality develop-ment in rural industry revitalization and the differences between different regions.Based on the"Technology-Organization-Envi-ronment"(TOE)analysis framework, this paper uses a combination of Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)methods, selecting data from 52 counties in Anhui Province to identify the configuration paths for achieving high-quality development in rural industry revitalization and the regional differences. The study finds that:(1)No sin-gle condition in the technology, organization,or environment dimensions is a necessary condition for achieving high-quality devel-opment in rural industry revitalization.(2)There are three configurations that lead to high-quality development in rural industry revitalization:talent-driven,technology-organization integration, and organization-dominated.(3)Further analysis reveals that the configurations for achieving high-quality development in rural industries vary among different regions in Anhui Province. The northern region emphasizes the core role of the government, the central region is characterized by a balance between technology expenditure and human resources, and the southern region places greater emphasis on the role of technological conditions. This study reveals the complex mechanisms of multi-factor synergy influencing rural industry revitalization, contributing to the develop-ment of rural industry revitalization and the achievement of common prosperity goals.
