A HP 法和灰色关联法在观赏辣椒果实外观品质评价中的应用

[目的]观赏辣椒果实外观品质综合分析具有一定实际应用价值. [方法]本论文以12份观赏辣椒果实为研究对象,运用层次分析和灰色关联相结合的方法构建涵盖3个层次(目标层、约束层和指标层) 、13个指标(果形、果横径、果纵径、果形指数、果肩径、果实成熟期颜色、果实变色期颜色、单果重、果肉厚、心室数、果实着生方式、果表和果柄长)的观赏辣椒果实外观品质评价体系. [结果]试验结果表明:Q6 、W1 、Q1 、Q4和W4五个材料果实外观品质较优;B3 、Q5 、S1和Q2四个材料果实外观品质良好;W6 、B7和Q3三个材料果实外观品质较差. [结论]应用层次分析和灰色关联相结合的方法,可以方便、有效和快速的对观赏辣椒果实外观品质进行综合评价.
Application of the combined tactic of AHP and gray relation analysis in the evaluation of ornamental pepper fruit appearance quality
[Objective] T he purpose of present study was to evaluate the combined technology of A HP and gray relation analysis in the appearance quality determination of ornamental pepper fruits .[M ethods] Twelve different ornamental pepper fruits were selected as the research material .T he appearance quality of the ornamental pepper fruit was synthet‐ically analyzed by the method of analytic hierarchy process and gray relation analysis .T he ornamental pepper fruit ap‐pearance quality evaluation system was built up ,which included 3 levels (target layer ,constraint layer ,and index lay‐er) and 13 indexes (fruit shape ,fruit transverse diameter ,fruit profile ,fruit shape index ,fruit shoulder diameter , fruit maturity color ,fruit discoloration color ,single fruit weight ,flesh thick ,number of ventricles ,fruit birth mode , fruit table and length of fruit stalk ).[Results] T he results showed that five species ,including Q6 ,W1 ,Q1 ,Q4 and W4 were superior in appearance quality ,and the other four materials ,including B3 ,Q5 ,S1 and Q2 were good in ap‐pearance quality ,and the three materials ,named W6 ,B7 and Q3 ,were poor in appearance quality .[Conclusion] T he combination of analytic hierarchy process and gray relational analysis can be used to evaluate the appearance quality of ornamental pepper fruit conveniently ,effectively and quickly .
