Dynamic Changes and Implementation Paths of High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Industry in China in Post-Winter Olympics Era
Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies the basic capabilities,development opportunities and dynamic changes of the high-quality development of China's ice and snow industry in the post-Winter Olympics era.The study finds that the ice and snow industry itself changes the development mode,expands geographical space,serves rural revitalization,and has regional synergy and other own advanta-ges to lay the foundation for high-quality development.The Beijing Winter Olympics provides development oppor-tunities for the high-quality development of China's ice and snow industry,quickly builds a new pattern for the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry,and promotes the improvement of the product system and the integration of multiple chains.Industrial change is driven by supply and demand balance,market subject support,factor-driven transformation,institutional environment,and scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen top-level design,and build a modern high-quality ice and snow industry development system with Chinese characteristics;improve efficiency,standardize functions,and build a syner-gistic and efficient first-class business environment;strengthen health leadership,enrich supply types,and build a public service system of ice and snow sports to serve the people;consolidate the concept of openness,enhance technology assistance,and build a market mechanism of innovative integration and low-carbon development of the ice and snow industry;establish a talent training system to support the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry;and promote the high-quality development of China's ice and snow industry in the post-Winter Olympics era by opening up to the outside world at a higher level and deeply integrating into the global ice and snow industry pattern.
