Study of the Characteristics of Physical Activity of Preschool Children in Four Seasons and the Building of Evaluation System
By using the research methods of literature analysis,direct measurement and statistical analysis,the physical activity of preschool children aged 3-6 in four seasons was statistically analyzed.The purpose is to ex-plore the characteristics of preschool children's physical activity level in four seasons,and to build an evaluation index system of preschool children's physical activity level.Research results show preschool children generally lack daily systematic physical activity in spring,summer,autumn and winter.Besides,the equivalent theoretical structural model of physical activity for preschool children throughout the four seasons suggests that warm summer and cool autumn have a greater impact on the physical activity of preschool children,and that physical activity below moderate intensity(including moderate intensity)is more suitable for the physical and mental health de-velopment of preschool children aged 3-6.A"physical activity level evaluation system for preschool children"has been built,which is composed of 4 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,providing a reference for comprehensively examining the physical activity level of preschool children throughout the four seasons.It is concluded that parents and sports teachers can use the"physical activity level evaluation system for preschool children"to evaluate their daily seasonal PA situation,in order to understand their daily physical activity situa-tion and make timely adjustments.
