A Comparative Study of Different Methods for Monitoring Sport Fatigue of Blind Football Players
This paper aims to explore the effectiveness of three methods for monitoring exercise fatigue,name-ly,lower limb explosive force reduction rate(decrease score/pre-training score),weight loss rate(loss weight/pre-training weight),and training fatigue accumulation score(subjective fatigue scale post-training score-pre-training score). With 15 players from the Chinese National Men's Blind Football Team as experimental subjects(4 international players,10 national players,1 nonrated player, aged 25.6±5.28 years, height 1.762± 0.049m,weight 70.93±7.61kg,BMI 22.95±1.81,training duration 8.8±3.54 years),data on players'lower limb explosive force reduction rate, weight loss rate, and training fatigue accumulation score were obtained through experimental tests.Correlation analysis was conducted on these indicators and their own serum testoster-one/cortisol(T/C).The results show there is an approximately linear negative correlation between the lower limb explosive force reduction rate and the T/C of players(| R |=|-0.981 |>0.70);and a very high nega-tive correlation between weight loss rate and T/C(| R |=|-0.924 |>0.70);and a very high negative corre-lation between training fatigue accumulation score and T/C(| R |=|-0.718 |>0.70).It is concluded that the accuracy of the lower limb explosive force reduction rate monitoring method is higher than that of the weight loss rate and training fatigue accumulation score monitoring methods, and the efficiency of the weight loss rate monitoring method is better than that of the training fatigue accumulation score monitoring method;for blind play-ers,the lower limb explosive force reduction rate exercise fatigue monitoring method is a time-saving,labor-sav-ing,simple,safe and reliable physiological indicator monitoring method, which has the advantages of high accu-racy,relatively low cost and immediate knowledge of the results.
