Study of the Progress in the Adjuvant Therapy Effect of Exercise Intervention in Alcohol Use Disorders
This paper aims to summarize the relevant literature of exercise intervention in alcohol use disorders, and explore the potential of the role of exercise intervention in alcohol use disorders. In WoS,PubMed,EM-BASE,Cochrane and CNKI databases,26 papers were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria with sports and alcohol use disorders as the key words. The results show exercise may be an effective adjuvant therapy for AUD,with direct effects on alcohol consumption and impulsivity, and indirect effects on anxiety and depression with comorbid AUD;the physiological mechanism of exercise intervention in AUD has not been de-fined.It is concluded that exercise intervention is feasible as a treatment for AUD,but the dose effect between exercise intervention and AUD has not been defined, and the intervention mechanism and the comorbid mecha-nism of AUD still need further exploration.
