International Experience and Enlightenment of Sports Sexual Violence Regulation:Taking the United States,Germany and South Korea as Examples
Sports sexual violence is one of the increasing forms of violence in the global sports world,and how to effectively regulate it is the main issue that needs to be dealt with at present.This paper analyzes the regula-tion practice of sports sexual violence in the United States,Germany and Korea by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.The research shows that the practice of sports sexual violence regulations in the Unit-ed States,Germany and Korea have their own characteristics in legislation,prevention,investigation as well as relief and prevention,which is of great significance for China to build a perfect sports sexual violence regulation system.The United States pays equal attention to case law and statute law in the process of regulation,and the relief channels are complete;on the basis of legislation,Germany pays attention to prevention in advance and the construction of sports teams;Korea has established a"blacklist"of coaches and set up a special investigation team.China should further improve its legislation on the existing basis to provide institutional guarantee for regu-lating sports sexual violence;construct a special prevention and control mechanism to realize the prevention of sports soxual violence in advance;and establish a professional investigation agency to provide professional relief measures for athletes.
