英国儿童户外游戏空间建设的经验及其对我国的启示

摘要
笔者运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从组织保障、制度建设、场地设施、经费投入和绩效评估5 个方面对英国儿童户外游戏空间建设进行了分析.研究认为:未来国内儿童户外游戏空间的建设需要(1)强化顶层设计,明确多元主体参与建设权责;(2)发挥社会力量辅助作用,建立多元主体协同合作模式;(3)细化指标体系,确保儿童户外游戏空间的可持续发展;(4)建立绩效评估体系,实现评估监督制度化、规范化和科学化.
Abstract
Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study analyzes the construction of outdoor play space for children from five aspects,namely organizational guarantee,institutional construction,venue facilities,funding investment and performance evaluation.The study believes that the future construction of children's outdoor play space in China needs to strengthen top-level design,and clarify the rights and responsi-bilities of multiple subjects participating in the construction;give full play to the auxiliary role of social forces and establish a multi-subject collaborative cooperation model;refine the indicator system to ensure the sustain-able development of children's outdoor play space;and establish a performance evaluation system to achieve insti-tutionalized,standardized,and scientific evaluation and supervision.
