The Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Japanese Home-School-Community Cooperative Promotion of After-School Sports Service
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies the home-school-community cooperative promotion of after-school sports service in Japan.The value of family school community cooperation is to coordinate multiple education resources,and ensure the supply of site facilities and services;solve the teacher dilemma,and improve the quality of after-school sports service;and promote the implementa-tion of the double reduction policy,and coordinate to standardize the sports training market.Practical experience is as follows.The policy promotes the cooperation of the family,school and community to ensure that the after-school service resources are in place;colleges and social sports organizations are encouraged to participate in school sports and form cooperative educational forces;the family,school and community cooperate to organize extracurricular sports activities to ensure the stable development of students'comprehensive quality.The enlight-enment to the cooperation of the family,school and community in China is to improve the policies and regulations and build the guarantee system of cooperative education;rely on community resources and improve the collabora-tive education system;innovate project practice forms and promote the implementation of after-school sports serv-ices.
