Research on the Influence Mechanism of Wushu on Teenagers'Interpersonal Skills
Wushu has become an important item with unique Chinese traditional cultural characteristics in teen-ager physical education.From the perspective of"unitary mind and body"in embodied cognition theory,this study conducted trial intervention on the physical activities of teenagers with control experiment to examine the causal relationship among wushu,psychological quality and interpersonal skills.The results show that wushu can significantly improve teenagers'interpersonal skills through the mediating effect of psychological quality.Further analysis shows that compared with non-only children,wushu has a stronger positive impact on the psychological quality of only children,and then has a stronger role in improving their interpersonal skills.The research conclu-sion combines wushu and embodied cognition theory,and interprets the influence mechanism of wushu at the physical level on interpersonal skills at the cognitive level.It can provide theoretical basis and practical inspira-tion for the relevant departments to formulate sprots education policies.
