摘要
新时期新质生产力是驱动各行各业高质量发展的原动力.本研究旨在探寻新质生产力赋能竞技体育高质量发展的基本逻辑与践行路向.研究认为:新质生产力是以创新为指向,推动传统生产要素的重塑与变革,催生新发展理念的先进生产力质态.竞技体育新质生产力需通过管理创新、技术革命、产业共生和资源融合助推其高质量发展.山西省应通过顶层设计与政策落地相结合达政策引导之效、多维度融合寻竞技体育深化改革之径和基础理论与科技攻关并举兴体育竞技之路等助推山西省竞技体育高效能、高质量绿色发展.
Abstract
In the new era,new quality productivity is the driving force for the high-quality development of all walks of life.This paper aims explore the basic logic and practice direction of new quality productivity to empow-er the high-quality development of competitive sports.The study concludes that the new quality productivity is an innovation-oriented,promoting the reshaping and transformation of traditional production factors,and giving birth to the advanced productivity quality of new development concepts.The new quality productivity of competitive sports needs to promote its high-quality development through management innovation,technological revolution,industrial symbiosis and resource integration.Shanxi Province should promote the high-performance,high-quality and green development of its competitive sports through the combination of top-level design and policy implemen-tation to achieve the effect of policy guidance,multi-dimensional integration to find the path of deepening the re-form of competitive sports,and the simultaneous development of basic theory and scientific and technological re-search.
