目的:运用Meta分析方法系统评价血流限制训练(又称加压训练)对运动员下肢最大力量的影响,并与传统抗阻训练进行比较.方法:系统检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase等中外文数据库,检索日期为默认起始时间至2023 年12 月17 日.依据纳入和排除标准独立筛选血流限制训练提高运动员下肢最大力量的影响的研究文献,采用PEDro量表对所有纳入文献进行评价,并对其数据进行分析.结果:经过3 轮排除,最终纳入28 篇文献,研究总样本量为528 人;血流限制训练对运动员下肢最大力量的提升优于传统抗阻训练,具有显著效果,二者存在显著性差异,合并效应量为SMD=6.36,95%CI=[4.27,8.44],P<0.01.结论:血流限制训练能够显著提高运动员下肢最大力量,且效果优于传统抗阻训练;低强度血流限制训练与传统高强度抗阻训练效果相似;血流限制训练短期内效果更显著.
A Meta-Analysis of the Effect of Blood Flow Restriction Training on the Maximum Strength of Lower Limbs of Athletes
With the meta-analysis method,this paper systematically evaluates the effects of blood flow restric-tion training(also known as pressure training)on athletes'lower limb maximum strength,and compares it with traditional resistance training.Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI,VPCS,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science and Embase were searched systematically,and the search date was the default starting time to December 17,2023.The research literature on the influence of blood flow restriction training on improving athletes'lower limb maximum strength was independently screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The PEDro scale was used to evaluate all the included literature,and the data were analyzed.The results show that 28 pop-ers were included after 3 rounds of screening,with a total sample size of 528 participants.Blood flow restriction training has a more significant effect on improving the maximum strength of lower limbs of athletes than traditional resistance training,and there is a significant difference.The combined effect size is SMD=6.36,95%CI=[4.27,8.44],P<0.01.It is concluded that blood flow restriction training can significantly improve the ath-letes'maximum strength of lower limbs,and the effect is better than that of traditional resistance training.The effect of low-intensity blood flow restriction training is similar to that of traditional high-intensity resistance train-ing.Blood flow restriction training is more effective in the short term.
