Opportunities,Challenges,and Paths for Promoting Students'Physical Health Through Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the"Double Reduction"policy
The national"double reduction"policy is a series of measures taken to address the academic and extracurricular training burdens of students at the basic education stage,aiming to promote students'physical health,and achieve comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor skills.The research uses literature review and logical analysis methods to mainly study how school physical edu-cation can seize the spatial and temporal opportunities under policy guidance,while analyzing the problems of students'physical health development and seizing opportunities to meet challenges;and under the"double reduc-tion"policy,school physical education is strengthened.Education and teaching guidance are carried out from the perspective of students'physical health,overcoming the inherent thinking of traditional physical education teaching,and finding new paths to promote the high-quality development of school physical education.Research has found that the challenges currently faced by school physical education mainly manifest in the goals of physical education,the process of physical education,and the relationship between physical education and students'phys-ical health.Research Patha are to improve the guidance mode of school physical education goals under the"double reduction"policy,stimulate the internal driving force of students'physical health development,and re-spect the laws of students'healthy growth;enhance the main role of school physical education and improve the e-valuation system through a dual approach of in class and out of class activities;and improve the educational mechanism of school physical education,promote the healthy growth of students,and effectively ensure that school physical education takes root and innovatively develops.
