The Theoretical Connotation,Practical Challenges and Countermeasures of Digital Sovereignty Security
Digital sovereignty refers to a country's supreme ruling power over the digital space,and digital sovereign security refers to a country's digital sovereignty being not infringed,which is marked by the country's jurisdiction,independence,equality and defense rights in the digital field,and is guaranteed by the ability to govern digital affairs,the ability to dominate digital rules and the ability to digital defense.At present,national digital sovereignty security is faced with three major challenges:one country's expansion of digital sovereignty weakens the digital sovereignty of other countries,digital platforms implement technolo-gy monopoly threatening national digital sovereignty,and individuals'improper use of digital technology weakens national digital sovereignty.The way for countries to cope with the challenges of digital sovereignty security is to strengthen national digital capacity building to cope with the expansion of other countries'digit-al sovereignty;Uphold the concept of national security first to regulate the digital platform monopoly;Adhere to the principle of global cooperation,and guide the use of personal digital technology with value consensus.
