Concept Clarification and Focus Direction of Higher Education Evaluation Reform at Present
Higher education evaluation is one of the important means of education governance,which plays a key role in student learning,teacher development and school improvement.Higher education evaluation has its intrinsic value and regular pattern,which is embodied in the conformity of evaluation type and evaluation application,evaluation value and practice,evaluation system and governance.In the process of promoting the reform of higher education evaluation,due to the lack of abidance for the inherent value and regular pattern of educational evaluation,there are problems that impede the evaluation reform,including the inertia thinking of quantitative evaluation,deficient in accuracy of evaluation indicators,and the lack of coordination of the whole evaluation system.To solve these problems,we need to center on improving quality,and take the change of evaluation concept and improvement of evaluation practice,acdemic trust culture regeneration as well as the improvement of evaluation paticipants'core competence as the significant means for reform promotion.
