The Reform and Innovation of Classified Evaluation of University Teachers Based on Academic Research
In the reform of the classified evaluation of university teachers,especially the evaluation of teaching and social service teachers,there is a tendency to neglect academic research.The foundation of uni-versities is to cultivate morality and cultivate people.University teachers take it as their duty to train talents with both moral and ability through academic research and teaching.As academic researchers,the teaching and social service of a university teachers are based on their academic research,which is the essential fea-ture of a university different from other social organizations.The identity of academic researcher and the bas-ic role of teaching and social service of university teachers are the basic basis of the classification evaluation of university teachers.In the reform of classified evaluation of university teachers,it is necessary to insist on academic research as the foundation,neither the internal relationship between research and teaching nor the relationship between academic and service should be separated.In the reform of classified evaluation of uni-versity teachers,we should insist on the value orientation of academic standard.It mainly includes several aspects:adhere to the principle of peer review as a priority;strengthen the substantive participation of uni-versity teachers in classified evaluation;pay attention to the comprehensive evaluation of the whole academic ability of university teachers;and measure the quality of teachers'academic research with academic stand-ards.
