How to "Make Blood"?The Evolutionary Logic and Governance Path of Health Poverty from the Perspective of Information Support
The current existing health governance concepts and measures are facing a crisis of adaptability.Based on the background of the comprehensive victory in targeted poverty alleviation,China has entered a period of relative poverty governance. However, existing research is still limited to emphasizing instrumental support based on"blood transfusion",and neglects the timeliness and endogeneity of information support in the context of the media society. As an exploration of the"hematopoietic"governance path, this study takes the perspective of information support to attempt to explain the evolutionary logic and phased contradictions of health poverty among relatively impoverished populations, and proposes a practical approach to information empowered health poverty governance.Research suggests that relatively poor populations may be threatened by disease due to a lack of health awareness, and may return to poverty again due to knowledge behavior gaps. The inherent tendency to avoid health information can lead them into a new crisis of poverty stagnation. Therefore,it is necessary to popularize preventive health information that focuses on"treating diseases before they occur"before the onset of illness,in order to enhance health awareness;Transmitting effective response information and enhancing self-efficacy after becoming ill;We should also target the impoverished population due to illness, increase their exposure to the causes of illness,in order to reduce individual vulnerability, gradually bridge the health inequality between different groups through professional information support, and ultimately achieve the"gateway forward"of health poverty governance.
