The Morphological Pedigree,Conflict Evolution and Multidimensional Transformation of Social Governance Organizations in Contemporary China
Contemporary Chinese community governance organizations possess elements of modernity,pre-modernity,and post-modernity,including modern community governance organizations with norms as the core,pre-modern community governance organizations with customs as the core,and post-modern community governance organizations with virtuality and deconstruction as the core.There are conflicts among the above-mentioned coexisting community organizations,manifested as conflicts between moral customs and legal norms,deconstruction and construction,and the pursuit of consensus goals and different interests.In response,it is possible to take modern community governance organizations as the core,leverage the moral advantages of pre-modern community governance organizations,enhance the moral legitimacy of modern community governance organizations,give full play to the technological advantages of post-modern social governance organizations,strengthen the efficient handling capabilities of modern community governance organizations,engage in learning and understanding of laws and norms,and highlight the core role of ideology in value integration.
