数字转型时代的语言生活与语言治理转型
On the Transformation of Language Life and Language Governance in the Era of Digital Transformation

摘要
经过数十年的数字技术革命,现代文明跨入了重塑人类生活的数字时代.社会语言生活由此进入转型期,语窗使用者、话题、互动方式、语言本体特征在发生系统性变化,新的语言表达式不断产生,语言行为在演变,热点话题不时涌现等.从数字技术带来生活方式转变看,数字语言生活治理主体更加多元,治理对象更加错综复杂,治理法律意识需要提高,治理方式亟待优化.政府、学界、教育界、社会组织和机构、社会个体等要凝聚力量,发挥治理能动性,共同推进语言治理,构建和谐数字语言生活.
Abstract
Decades'digital revolution has initiated a digital era of modern civilization with reshaping of social life.Accordingly,social and language practices have entered an era of transformation,with systematic changes in features of language users,topics,interactions,and languages in use,such as ongoing creation of new expressions,evolving language behaviors as well as emerging hot topics.Silhouetted against changes in social life brought about by digital technology and transformation,this paper attempts to analyze the systematic features in language life transformation and to elaborate on the challenges in governing digital language life,the complexity of which requires the convergence of power and efforts of stakeholders including the government,academia,the education sector,institutions and organizations,and social individuals,in giving full play to stakeholders'agency in language governance and creation of a harmonious digital language life.
