The Adjustment of International Communication and Its Practical Dimension from the Perspective of Cultural Intertextuality
In the current international communication environment, there exists ideological information imbalance and cross-cultural value deviation, falling far short of the ideal state, and such deviations can only be adjusted, not completely eliminated. The changes in the international communication ecology have highlighted the importance of adopting an"interculturality"perspective, emphasizing respect for cultural differences, avoidance of conflicts, and promotion of integration. By shifting towards the three dimensions of subject, space, and value,a"third context"in international communication is constructed to achieve mutual consideration. From this perspective, international communication should move towards a flexible practical path, thereby promoting cross-cultural exchanges and understanding to deepen, and striving to establish the underlying logic upon which common cognition relies.
