Abstract
As a natural plant nutrient,gingerol has anti-tumor,antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other effects.This article introduced the overview,extraction,and efficacy of gingerol,and summarizes its current applications in food,medical care,beauty and health care,and manufacturing industries,providing reference for the future research and widespread application of gingerol.
