Construction and operation of productive training base in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of production-education integration——Take"Beer Workshop"of Hunan institute of chemical technology as an example
Campus productive training base is an effective carrier for higher vocational colleges to promote the integration of industry and education,and an important way to cultivate skilled talents in the new era.Taking the beer workshop in the production training base of Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Chemical Industry as an example,this paper discusses the construction approach and operation strategy of the workshop from the perspective of the integration of production and education.The beer workshop contains one factory(fermentation workshop),one center(analysis center)and one room(research and development room),which is a food production training base and has the characteristics of production,teaching,authenticity and service.Through school-enterprise co-construction,school-enterprise co-decision,school-enterprise co-education and school-enterprise sharing,the beer workshop is constructed and operated to build an industry-university-research-creation integrated training base,give full play to the practical education function and social value of productive training base in higher vocational colleges,and promote the integration of industry and education.
