基于CDIO理念学生设计思维与实践能力培养探索——以食品工厂设计为例

在"新工科"建设和工程教育专业认证背景下,"工科学生理科化"的现象对工科类课程建设和学生培养模式提出了新的挑战."食品工厂设计"作为食品类专业的学科基础课,基于构思—设计—实现—运作(CDIO)理念,从计算机应用能力培养、任务驱动式作业设置、"慕课西行"丰富知识来源渠道、工厂建筑沙盘模型、学科竞赛5个方面,探索课程改革方式,以期为"新工科"课程建设和工科学生创新设计思维及实践动手能力的培养,提供理论依据和实践参考.

In the context of"New Engineering"construction and engineering education professional certification,and the phenomenon of"engineering students becoming science",have put forward new challenges to the construction of engineering courses and the training mode of students.Food Factory Design,as a basic subject course for food majors,Exploration from five aspects:computer application competencies cultivation,task-driven jobs,"MOOCs going West"simultaneous classroom,factory building model,and academic competition are based on the CDIO concept.In order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of"New Engineering"curriculum and the training of students'design thinking and innovative ability,as well as practical competence.
