将创新创业教育与专业教育融合是高职院校进行创新创业教育的关键,能够使创新创业教育更具有针对性.对于食品类专业创新创业教育,开展基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的人才培养机制,加强创新创业课程体系建设,构建食品类专业"基础课程+成长课程+实战课程"三层递进的全方位"能力本位+"课程体系,改革教学方法和评价机制,确保双创课程体系有效运行.
Construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system for food majors based on OBE concept
The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education is the key to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,which can make innovation and entrepreneurship education more targeted.For innovation and entrepreneurship education for food majors,we should improve the talent training mechanism based on the OBE concept,strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,build a three-tiered all-round"competency-based+"curriculum system of"basic course+growth course+practical course"for food majors,reform the teaching method and evaluation mechanism,and ensure the effectiveness of the double innovation curriculum system.
