Research on the management and safety measures of hazardous chemicals in food chemistry laboratories
With the continuous emergence of laboratory safety issues in recent years,the safety issues of food chemistry laboratories have also received increasing attention.In the laboratory,the use and management of many hazardous chemi cals pose certain safety hazards,such as improper operation and storage,which can easily cause personal injury and envi ronmental pollution.Therefore,studying the management and safety measures of hazardous chemicals in food chemistry l aboratories,by classifying and analyzing common hazardous chemicals in the laboratory,analyzing the hazards and count ermeasures of hazardous chemicals.It is crucial to ensure the safety of laboratory staff and the surrounding environment.
