摘要
调查分析了黔南州学校食堂的餐饮环境卫生现状,并提出研究对策.在贵州省黔南州各县(市)随机抽取学校食堂,开展学校食堂餐饮环境卫生现状调研.调研采取现场核查和调查问卷相结合的方式,并结合2023年全州学校食品安全监督抽检数据进行统计分析,综合得到全州学校食堂餐饮环境卫生的情况.针对全州学校食堂餐饮环境卫生薄弱环节寻找解决方案,提出相关对策,为贵州省黔南州食品安全监管部门对学校食堂餐饮环境卫生监督、食品质量安全的提升工作提供数据支撑,以切实保障黔南州在校学生的餐饮食品安全.
Abstract
The present situation of food and beverage environmental hygiene in school canteens in Qiannan Prefecture was investigated and analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.School canteens were randomly selected from various counties(cities)in Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou Province to investigate the status quo of food and beverage environmental hygiene in school canteens.The investigation adopts the method of on-site verification and questionnaire,and statistical analysis is carried out in combination with the sampling data of school food safety supervision in 2023.Based on the comprehensive information on the food and beverage environmental hygiene of school canteens in Guizhou Province,solutions were sought for the weak links in the food and beverage environmental hygiene of school canteens in Guizhou Province,and relevant countermeasures were proposed to provide data support for the food safety supervision department of Qiannan Prefecture in Guizhou Province to supervise the food and beverage environmental hygiene of school canteens and improve food quality and safety,so as to effectively guarantee the food and beverage food safety of school students in Qiannan Prefecture.
