摘要
藜麦作为一种古老的、营养比较全面的一种谷类食物,近年来倍受人们关注,但在质量评价方面尚没有系统的研究.在综述了藜麦特性、国内食品质量评价研究进展的基础上,分析了藜麦质量评价的思路,为藜麦质量评价提供研究思路.
Abstract
Quinoa,a food with rich nutritional properties,has attracted much attention in recent years,but there is no systematic evaluation method for its quality.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of quinoa and the research progress of food quality evaluation in China,this paper studied and analyzed the research ideas of quinoa quality evaluation in order to provide reference for the quality evaluation of quinoa in Shanxi Province.
