In Anyang,total of 186 batches of unqualified food,involving 201 unqualified items and 17 food categories were inspected in food safety supervision and sampling Inspection of Henan Province during 2020 to 2022.The major categories of food with prominent unqualified problems include edible agricultural products,pastries and catering foods.The unqualified batches were 71,25and 17 respectively,accounting for 38.17％,13.44％and 10.22％of the total unqualified batches respectively.The more categories of unqualified items include pesticide and veterinary drugs,quality index and food additives.The unqualified items were74,56 and 41 respectively,accounting for 36.82％,28.36％and 20.40％of the total unqualified items respectively.Unqualified pesticide and veterinary drugs of edible agricultural products,substandard quality index and excessive using food additives of pastries and catering foods should be attracted attention.
