产学合作协同机制下食品类硕士专业学位实践基地建设的探索与研究

校外实践基地是食品类专业学位研究生进行专业实践的主要载体,也是产学合作协同发展、深度融合的重要平台,对提升食品类专业硕士综合素质和实践能力具有重要意义.现阶段,食品类专业学位研究生实践基地的建设情况仍然存在很多问题,并未达到预期目标.针对研究生校外培养实践基地建设存在的问题进行阐述,旨在对食品类专业学位研究生实践基地建设模式进行探索与研究,以期为提高食品类硕士专业学位实践基地的建设提供理论依据.
The off-campus practice base is the main carrier of professional practice for postgraduates majoring in food specialty,and it is also an important platform for the coordinated development and deep integration of industry-university cooperation,which is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of postgraduates majoring in food specialty.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of food professional degree graduate practice base,which has not reached the expected goal.This paper expounds the problems existing in the construction of the practice base for postgraduate training outside the school,and aims to explore and study the construction mode of the practice base for food professional degree postgraduates,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the construction of the practice base for food professional degree postgraduates.
