摘要
针对食品类本科毕业论文完成情况的现状,结合国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要以及食品专业教育培养目标的需求,提出以提升本科生毕业论文质量为导向的食品类专业课程教学改革的初步构想,拟把本科生食品类专业课程教学管理与毕业论文相结合,通过重新构建专业课程体系,将课程理论与实验教学全过程融入本科生毕业论文,使得学生能够循序渐进地掌握科学研究的方法,并达到提升食品类专业本科生毕业论文质量的目的.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of the completion of undergraduate food graduation thesis,combined with the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan and the needs of food major education and training goals,this paper puts forward a preliminary idea of the food major course teaching reform to improve the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis.It is planned to combine the undergraduate food courses with the graduation thesis,rebuild the professional curriculum system,and involve the whole process of curriculum theory and experiment teaching in the undergraduate graduation thesis,and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the undergraduate graduation thesis of food majors.
