摘要

面对竞争日益激烈的社会就业环境,当前形势下提高学生实践能力及专业素养,对于职业院校烹饪实践课程教学刻不容缓.在教育实施过程中,要提高职业院校烹饪实践课程教学水平,可以应用教学可视化系统.基于烹饪教育教学,打造线上线下相结合的混合式教学技术平台,以及创建烹饪VDI一体化实训基地,创新烹饪职业教育实践教学系统,通过将职业教育与信息技术深度整合,为更好培养适应行业发展和职业变革的高素质技能型人才提供思路.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the social employment environment,it is urgent to improve students'practical ability and professional quality in the current situation.In the process of education implementation,the teaching visualization system can be applied to improve the teaching level of cooking practice courses in vocational colleges.Based on culinary education and teaching,create a hybrid teaching technology platform combining online and offline,create an integrated cooking VDI training base,and innovate the culinary vocational education practice teaching system.Through the deep integration of vocational education and information technology,it provides ideas for better training high-quality skilled talents who can adapt to the development of the industry and career changes.
