Rapid detection of pathogenic microorganisms in aquatic products and aquaculture water
With the improvement of the quality of life,food safety has been widely concerned by the society,among which microorganism is one of the main factors affecting food safety.Foodborne diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms are an important threat to human health.The research on rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria is of great significance to the emergency treatment of public safety incidents and the protection of food safety.Therefore,this paper reviews the research and application of rapid detection of foodborne pathogens in recent years,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for rapid detection of pathogenic microorganisms in aquatic products and aquaculture water.
