摘要

Canolol(4-vinyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenol)是菜籽油加工过程中产生的一种高效抗氧化剂,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、保护视网膜、保护心脏、降血糖、改善记忆力、抑菌等生物活性,其作用机制主要涉及环氧化合酶-2/前列腺素E2(cyclooxygenase-2/prostaglandin E2,COX-2/PGE2)信号通路、磷酸肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/Akt)信号通路、活性氧/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(reactive oxygen species/mitogen-activated protein kinase,ROS-MAPK)等信号通路和细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal regulated kinase,ERK)级联.通过查阅国内外关于Canolol生物活性的相关文献,对其生物活性与作用机制进行分析,以期为Canolol在药品、食品、化妆品等领域的开发应用提供理论基础和参考.

Abstract

Canolol(4-vinyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenol)is a highly effective antioxidant produced during rapeseed oil processing,which has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,retinal protection,heart protection,hypoglycemia,memory improvement,antibacterial and other biological activities.The mechanism of canolol is mainly involved in Cyclooxygenase-2/prostaglandin E2(COX-2/PGE2)pathway,phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway,reactive oxygen species/mitogen-activated protein kinase(ROS-MAPK)signaling pathways and extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK)cascade.By referring to the domestic and foreign literatures on the biological activity of canolol,the biological activity and mechanism of action were analyzed,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the development and application of canolol in the fields of medicine,food,cosmetics and so on.
