Health care vinegar production technology and workshop design
The production workshop of health vinegar should meet the requirements of the national standards"Good Manufacturing Practice for Health Foods"and"Detailed Rules for the Examination of Production Licenses for Health Foods."In order to facilitate production,the new health vinegar workshop and the class C warehouse are adjacent to the construction,the fire spacing is not limited,and the connecting place is equipped with double fire rolling curtains.The Class C warehouse is used to store brewing raw materials,packaging materials,and finished products.The health vinegar workshop includes two production areas:vinegar fermentation and health vinegar production,completing the entire process from vinegar fermentation to health vinegar production.According to the process flow,operation points and process parameters,the main equipment is selected,and the workshop plan is arranged according to the basic requirements,and the design basis,design points and the application of"Good Production Practice for Health Food"(China GMP)in the design are explained.
