Research on the development of Aronia melanocarpa health drink and anti-visual fatigue function
By exploring the addition of four factors of Aronia melanocarpa juice,citric acid,sugar and rose flavor,and using orthogonal experiments to optimize,the optimal parameters of Aronia melanocarpa health drink were determined as follows:the addition amount of Aronia melanocarpa juice was 40％,the addition of citric acid was 0.11％,the addition of sugar was 11％,and the addition of rose flavor was 0.010％.Luny,no precipitation or suspended solids,sugar and acid complement each other well,with the unique aroma and flavor of Aronia melanocarpa.The results of antioxidant activity measurement and animal experiments showed that the health drink had a high DPPH free radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate,had a certain antioxidant capacity,and could effectively regulate the content of cAMP and cGMP in the ciliary body,and had a certain anti-visual fatigue function.
