Study on the safety of food additives in Shandong province in 2022
In order to understand the quality and safety status of additives used in food in Shandong province,EXCEL software was used to classify and summarize the information of Shandong province's food sampling notice in 2022 based on five dimensions:the category of unqualified food additives,the type of food additives,regional distribution,sampling quarter,and sampling process.Research has found that,134 batches(148 items)of unqualified food additive products in Shandong province in 2022,involving 14 types of food and 14 types of food additives,accounting for 15.62%of all unqualified products;Catering food,pastries,soy products,and meat products have relatively high risks;Problems in Yantai,Liaocheng,Dezhou,Weifang,Qingdao and Linyi are relatively prominent;The Catering process has the most problems discovered and the production process has the least;The proportion of food additive issues was the lowest in the second quarter and the highest in the fourth quarter;The proportion of food additive problems is lower than that of 2016-2019,and the quality and safety situation is gradually improving.At the same time,the residual amount of sorbic acid,benzoic acid and other preservatives,and leavening agent aluminum is still very serious,which still deserves the attention of the government and society.
