Study on the effect of different crushing conditions on the particle size and quality of sodium riboflavin phosphates
In order to investigate the effects of different crushing conditions on the particle size and quality of sodium riboflavin phosphate,we used WSX-320 water-cooled dust-absorbing crusher to investigate the effects of different crushing temperatures and different crushing times on the particle size distribution,content and related substances of sodium riboflavin phosphate with the dried material of sodium riboflavin phosphate as the object of study.The results show that:crushing temperature,crushing time on the riboflavin sodium phosphate particle size of the impact is obvious,on the content of riboflavin sodium phosphate and related substances have no effect.The average particle size of sodium riboflavin phosphate under different crushing conditions was below 50 μm,and the particle size distribution of sodium riboflavin phosphate was concentrated after low-temperature crushing,and with the increase of the crushing temperature,the particle size distribution range of sodium riboflavin phosphate increased,and the particle size was not uniform.With the prolongation of crushing time,sodium riboflavin phosphate fine particles accounted for the first increase and then decrease,crushing time is too long will lead to"reverse crushing"phenomenon.Finally determined 30 ℃,20 min for the best crushing conditions,the results of this experiment is important for the production of sodium riboflavin phosphate.
