Comparative analysis of functional active components in Shanxi jujube
The contents of cyclic adenosine monophosphate,total flavonoids,total triterpenic acids,oleanolic acid,and ursolic acid in 9 varieties of Shanxi jujube were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The differences of functional active components in different varieties of Shanxi jujube were compared and analyzed to explore the correlation of the contents of each component.The results showed that the highest contents of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and total triterpenoid acid were Hupingzao,the highest contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were Muzao and Xiangzao,and the highest contents of total flavonoids were Langzao.The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between cyclic adenosine monophosphate and total triterpenoid acid(R=0.730),and there was a significant positive correlation between oleanolic acid and ursolic acid(R=0.746).The research results provide a basis for the development and utilization of Shanxi jujube functional products.
