摘要

"食品营养学"课程具有很强的应用性和实践性,是食品专业课程融入创新创业教育的核心课程之一.创新创业教育是推动高等教育综合改革、提高人才培养质量、建设创新型国家的重要举措.从"食品营养学"课程与创新创业教育有机融合的实践难点出发,从教材选择、课程内容与教学方法、实践课堂、教学团队等方面,积极探索与实践适合的创新创业教育融入模式,培养学生开创性个性和创新创业基本素质.

Abstract

The course of"Food Nutrition"has strong applicability and practicality,and is one of the core courses for integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into food professional courses.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to promote comprehensive reform of higher education,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and build an innovative country.Starting from the practical difficulties of integrating the"Food Nutrition"course with innovation and entrepreneurship education,this article actively explores and practices suitable innovation and entrepreneurship education integration models from the aspects of textbook selection,course content and teaching methods,practical classrooms,teaching teams,etc.,to cultivate students'innovative personality and basic qualities of innovation and entrepreneurship.
