Application of flipped classroom model based on SPOC in graduate teaching of advanced food chemistry
SPOC(small private online course)flipped classroom is a kind of classroom teaching mode with strong exploration and development,which is in line with the teaching requirements of graduate courses"advanced food chemistry",and is of great value for cultivating all-round talents in line with social development.SPOC mode promotes the cultivation of students'deep learning and critical thinking ability by allowing students to learn relevant knowledge independently before class,and conduct problem discussion and practical operation in class.In addition,the model provides more opportunities for interaction,allowing students to communicate and collaborate more deeply with teachers and classmates.Therefore,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the flipped classroom to apply SPOC in the teaching process of advanced food chemistry graduate students,and proposes some feasible strategies on this basis.
