With the development of water and soil conservation in jiamusi city,soil erosion has been effectively controlled and achieved good results,but there is a certain loss area to be controlled.Therefore,this paper expounds the present situation,causes and harms of soil and water loss in jiamusi city,analyzes the achievements of soil and water conservation work in recent years,and summarizes the experience of soil and water loss control in jiamusi city.On this basis,the countermeasures of soil and water loss in jiamusi city during the 14th five-year Plan period are put forward from the aspects of urban scenic spot,production and construction projects,infrastructure construction,soil and water loss monitoring,perfect legislation and publicity,and administrative management.
