Typical Design of Soil Erosion Control in Dongao Basin,Xiangning County
The erosion on the loess plateau in Xiangning County province was investigated,it is found that there are no protective measures on both sides of the gully head(bank)on the surface of the tableland,after rain,the confluence continuously erodes the gully head(bank),leading to the constant expansion of gullies and banks,the gully bed continued to cut down,the gully head pushed forward,the area of the plateau continued to decline,and soil and water loss was serious In order to control soil and water loss on the loess plateau in the area,protect the land resources on the tableland,improve agricultural production capacity and consolidate poverty alleviation achievements,a typical design of soil erosion control was carried out in Dongao of Xiangning County,in order to provide a reference for the protection of the surface of the tableland in loess remnant areas of the county and even the whole province.
